Recordation and Filing. County shall, at its sole option and judgment, record and file, or cause to be recorded and filed, at County's sole cost and expense, a memorandum of this Lease or this entire Lease in the Official Records of Alameda County, California. County shall, upon termination of the Lease, cause to be removed any recordation of this Lease caused by County.
