Recorded Encumbrances. This Ground Lease, the interests of Landlord and Tenant hereunder, and the Property, are in all respects subject to and bound by all of the covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights-of-way and easements of record, including without limitation the REA, City Covenants entered into between Tenant and the City of Anaheim (―City‖) and the Regulatory Agreement entered into by and between Landlord and Tenant, each dated concurrently herewith, and recorded against the Property in the Official Records.
