Common use of Recording and Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Recording and Enforceability. Neither the articles of incorporation, bylaws, or other applicable corporate documents of Borrower nor other agreements require recording, filing, registration, notice, or other similar action in order to insure the legality, validity, binding effect, or enforceability against all Persons of this Agreement, the Notes, or other Loan Documents executed or to be executed hereunder, other than filings or recordings that may be required under the Uniform Commercial Code or in connection with the perfection of the security interests of U. S. Bank in patents, trademarks, and similar types of Collateral.
