Common use of Recording and Filing of Documents Clause in Contracts

Recording and Filing of Documents. The Lessee will cause all appropriate financing and continuation statements and other security instruments to be recorded and filed in such manner and in such places as may be required by law to fully preserve and protect the rights and security of the Bondowners, the Trustee, the Issuer and the Significant Bondowner. The Lessee will pay all fees and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, incurred in connection with such recordings and filings.
