Common use of Recording of Documents Clause in Contracts

Recording of Documents. No later than ten (10) days after the Effective Date, Owner shall record or cause to be recorded in the Official Records for Orange County, California, an executed original of this Agreement (or memorandum of this Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney and Owner). Prior to the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy or a signed job card (that permits occupancy) for a Unit, the Parties shall enter into the Regulatory Agreement and Owner shall cause the Regulatory Agreement to be recorded against the Property.
