Common use of Recording of Documents Clause in Contracts

Recording of Documents. The DEVELOPER agrees to cooperate with the CITY and execute any documents required, promptly upon the CITY’s request, and to promptly effectuate the recordation of this Agreement, the Declaration of Restrictions, the Deed of Trust, and any other documents/instruments that the CITY requires to be recorded, in the Official Records of Fresno County, California, consistent with this Agreement.
