Common use of Recording of Lease Clause in Contracts

Recording of Lease. Neither this Lease nor any memorandum or notice hereof shall be recorded by Tenant. However, it may be recorded by Landlord at Landlord’s option. If this Lease, or any memorandum or notice hereof is recorded by the Tenant, such recordation may be declared by Landlord as a material event of default by Tenant hereunder.
