Recording of weather. The Contractor is to provide and correctly install a rain gauge and maximum/minimum thermometer at the construction camp. The Contractor shall record and keep a record of the daily rainfall and maximum/minimum temperatures, and supply the data to the Employer’s Agent on a daily basis. Readings are to be recorded daily at 08:00 unless otherwise agreed to by the Employer’s Agent. The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to ensure that the rain gauge cannot be interfered with by unauthorised persons. No extension of time will be considered for adverse weather conditions.
