Common use of Recording Secretary Clause in Contracts

Recording Secretary. The Sponsor Body shall appoint a recording secretary, who need not be a Representative, to keep minutes or records of all meetings, proceedings and acts of the Sponsor Body or its committees. Those minutes or records of Sponsor Body meetings shall be provided to the Representatives for verification at the next meeting of the Sponsor Body. All records and minutes of the Sponsor Body shall be kept in the custody of the Chair and Vice-Chair.
