Common use of Recording Clause in Contracts

Recording. Tenant shall not record this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach of this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Recording. Tenant shall not record this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease without the Landlord’s prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach of this Lease. Upon Landlord's request, Tenant shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord a memorandum of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach of this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlordfor recording purposes.

Recording. Tenant shall not record this Lease Lease, or any a short form memorandum of this Lease thereof, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant such recording, without Landlord's written consent, shall be a material breach of this Lease. Recording. Tenant Landlord shall not record this Lease or any short form memorandum of this Lease hereof without the prior written consent of Landlord, Tenant which consent may be withheld in Tenant's sole discretion, except that no consent shall be required if such recording is mandated by applicable law. If Tenant grants its consent to such recordation or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlordif such recordation is mandated by law, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach responsible for the cost of recording this Lease or any Memorandum of Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing , including any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlordtransfer or other taxes incurred in connection with said recordation.

Recording. In the event that Tenant records this Lease or a Memorandum without the written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach of this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a limited power of attorney in Tenant's name to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded discharge the instrument of record that which was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlord's consent.

Recording. Tenant shall not record or file this Lease, or any assignment or security document pertaining to this Lease or all or any memorandum part of this Lease Tenant’s interest therein without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied subject to such conditions as Landlord shall deem appropriate in the its sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach of this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlorddiscretion.

Recording. This Lease may not be placed on public record by Tenant, and any such recordation by Tenant shall not record this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord shall, at Landlord's option, which consent may be withheld or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be constitute a material breach of this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of LandlordLease by Tenant.

Recording. Tenant shall not record this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied granted in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach of default under this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Recording. Tenant Landlord shall not record this Lease or any short form memorandum of this Lease hereof without the prior written consent of Landlord, Tenant which consent may be withheld in Tenant’s sole discretion, except that no consent shall be required if such recording is mandated by applicable law. Tenant shall not record this Lease or nor any form of memorandum of this Lease hereof without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied conditioned in the Landlord's sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach discretion. Any recording of this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing Lease or any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded memorandum hereof without the prior written consent of Landlord shall constitute a default by Tenant under this Lease. Landlord., in its sole and absolute discretion, may record this Lease or a memorandum hereof. -45-
