Common use of Recordkeeping Requirements Clause in Contracts

Recordkeeping Requirements. The Contractor and the COR shall both maintain a complete and accurate management file. The file shall contain, as a minimum, the following items: (a) The Government's copies of all task orders issued under this contract, and all inspection reports completed by the COR (OF-127). These forms will be supplied to advise the Contractor of service requests and to document the performance of all work. (b) Contractor’s Service Report forms, documenting arrival and departure time of the contractor's representative performing the service, and all information on parts installed for major repairs only. (c) Documentation of any complaints from post personnel or unusual incidents that may have taken place during the visit to the site.
