Common use of Recordkeeping Requirements Clause in Contracts

Recordkeeping Requirements. Grantees must retain records in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (A) above, including, but not limited to: (1) the amount and disbursement of funds received under this Choice Neighborhoods Grant, including sufficient records that document the reasonableness and necessity of each expenditure; (2) the amount and nature of any other assistance, including cash, services, or other items contributed to assist in the development of the Transformation Plan or contributed as a condition of receiving this Choice Neighborhoods Grant; (3) any other proceeds received for, or otherwise used in connection with, the Transformation Plan; and
