Recordkeeping Requirements. Grantees must retain records in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (A) of this Article, including, but not limited to: (1) the amount and disposition of funds received under this HOPE VI Grant, including sufficient records that document the reasonableness and necessity of each expenditure; (2) the amount and nature of any other assistance, including cash, services, or other items contributed in accordance with the Revitalization Plan or as a condition of receiving this HOPE VI Grant; (3) any other proceeds received for, or otherwise used in connection with, the Revitalization Plan; and (4) fair housing and equal opportunity data, including racial and ethnic beneficiary data, information on the affirmative marketing strategy and any other information to demonstrate compliance with the fair housing and equal opportunity requirements of this program as identified in Article XV.
