Common use of Records and Accounting by Patheon Clause in Contracts

Records and Accounting by Patheon. Patheon shall keep records of the manufacture, testing and shipping of the Product, and retain samples of such Product as are necessary to comply with the Specifications and all manufacturing regulatory requirements and Laws applicable to Patheon, as well as to assist with resolving Product complaints and other similar investigations. Copies of such records and samples shall be retained for a period of [ * ] following the date of Product expiry, or longer if required by Law, after which Patheon may destroy such records or samples; provided, however, Patheon shall notify the Client in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to such destruction and shall retain or deliver such records or samples to the Client, at the Client’s option and expense, if the Client so requests.
