Records and Accounting by Patheon. Patheon will keep records of the manufacture, testing, and shipping of the Products (including evidence on the testing of raw materials, packaging and labeling materials as required by the Quality Agreement), and retain samples of the Products as are necessary to comply with applicable manufacturing regulatory requirements, as well as to assist with resolving Product complaints and other similar investigations. Copies of the records and samples will be retained for five years or one year following the date of Product expiry (whichever is longer), or longer if required by Applicable Laws, at which time Client will be contacted concerning the delivery and destruction of the documents and/or samples of Products at least 45 days prior to the destruction of the documents or samples. Patheon will not store these documents and/or samples beyond the time period set forth above.
