Common use of RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES Clause in Contracts

RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES. Upon written request, the Registrar shall give to the Issuer and the Fiscal Agent, as soon as practicable after the relevant act, a certificate stating: (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Notes which have been redeemed; (b) the serial numbers of the Certificates issued in respect of those Notes (if in definitive form); (c) the aggregate amount of interest paid, together with the dates of such payments; and (d) if in definitive form, the aggregate principal amount of the Certificates which have been surrendered, exchanged or replaced and the serial numbers of the Certificates issued in exchange or replacement of such Certificates.
