Common use of RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES Clause in Contracts

RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES. (a) The Supplier shall prior to the commencement of the supply of Goods and/or Rental Items and/or the performance of Services and when required by the Company, provide certificates of currency evidencing the extent of insurances required by clause 11.1. not exceed the total Price. Upon such payment the ownership of all Goods and incomplete work shall pass to the Company. (b) The Supplier shall when required by the Company make available for inspection by the Company the policies of insurance purchased and maintained by the Supplier for the purpose of complying with the Supplier’s obligations under the Purchase Order and the receipts for payment of the current premiums. (c) The provision by the Supplier to the Company of a copy of any insurance policy purportedly purchased in accordance with this Contract does not constitute acceptance by the Company that such insurance has been purchased by the Purchase Order or in accordance with the Purchase Order.
