Common use of Records and Information to be Furnished Clause in Contracts

Records and Information to be Furnished. The Employer shall furnish Blue Shield with such information as Blue Shield may require to enable it to administer this plan, to determine the dues and to enable it to perform this Contract. All of the Employer's records which relate to eligibility for and benefits of this plan shall be made available for inspection by Blue Shield when and so often as reasonably required.
