Records and Information. 18.1 The Provider must maintain correspondence, accurate records, the Parent Agreement, Headcount information, invoices and other documents relating to the Services and retain these for at least seven years from the date of completion of the Services, with the exception of copies of Children’s identification documents which must be retained for two years from the date of completion of the Services, and shall allow at all reasonable times access by the Authorised Officer or her agents to such records and documents, directly or where applicable through the Department of Education, which must be kept separately from records not relating to the Services and provide copies thereof. 18.2 The Provider shall promptly provide such information relating to the Services as is reasonably requested by the Authorised Officer from time to time.
