Common use of Records and Inspections Clause in Contracts

Records and Inspections. Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement for a period of five (5) years. Contractor shall, without charge, provide City with access to the records during normal business hours. City may examine and audit the records and make transcripts therefrom, and inspect all program data, documents, proceedings and activities.
