Common use of Records and Lists Clause in Contracts

Records and Lists. All books, files, documents, sales literature, customer lists, customer records, operating records, employee personnel files, computer programs, instructions, advertising materials, dealer and distributor lists and other records of Company used in or relating to the Business or relating to the Assets;

Records and Lists. All books, files, documents, sales literature, customer distributor lists, customer distributor records, operating records, employee personnel files, computer programs, telephone numbers, instructions, advertising materials, dealer and distributor lists and other records of Company Seller, including without limitation, all electronic lists and records, used in or relating solely to the conduct of operation of the Seller's Business or relating to and the Acquired Assets;
