Records and Property. All records created or maintained by M▇▇▇▇ during the course of its employment by the Company shall be and remain the property of the Company, and, upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, (a) all such Company property in any form whatsoever, and any copies of such property, shall be returned immediately to the Company, and (b) to the extent Company property is installed, stored, maintained, or resides in or on personal property belonging to M▇▇▇▇, M▇▇▇▇ agrees to assist the Company in locating, deleting, and/or otherwise removing completely therefrom all Company property.
