Records Location. All CONTRACTOR’s books of accounts and records related to 20 charges, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and revenues received shall be made available at CONTRACTOR’s main facility, as 21 specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of the Agreement, or at a location within the County of 22 Orange. Should CONTRACTOR move from its main facility, CONTRACTOR shall advise 23 ADMINISTRATOR and ADMINISTRATOR shall have final discretion as to the location of records 24 maintained in accordance with the Agreement. 25
