Records Maintenance. Contractor shall keep and maintain full and complete documentation and accounting records concerning all services performed that are compensable under this Agreement and shall make such documents and records available to County for inspection at any reasonable time. Contractor shall maintain such records for a period of four (4) years following completion of work hereunder.
