RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE. A. Contractor, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors shall, throughout the term of this Contract, prepare, maintain and manage records appropriate to the services provided and in accordance with this Contract and all applicable requirements. 1.
