Common use of Records of Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Records of Additional Services. The Professional shall keep costs incurred by the Professional for providing Additional Services separate and apart from all other Project costs. The Professional shall make these records available to the Department at the Professional’s office for inspection and copying at mutually convenient times for a period of at least three years beyond completion or termination of the Professional Services Agreement.
