Common use of Records of Architect Clause in Contracts

Records of Architect. Engineer’s Direct Personnel, Consultant and Reimbursable Expenses pertaining to the Project, and records of accounts between The School Board of Clay County, Florida and the Contractors, shall be available to The School Board of Clay County, Florida or its authorized representative at mutually convenient times.

Records of Architect.
