Common use of Records of Compliance with the Contract Clause in Contracts

Records of Compliance with the Contract. The School shall establish a scoring sheet for the scoring of any school-specific indicators in the Performance Framework, Exhibit A. The School shall maintain records that show compliance with the Contract and Performance Framework, Exhibit A, including the School-specific indicators using the scoring sheet, and provide such information to CSD at the annual site visits and as may be reasonably requested at other times.
