Common use of Records, Reporting Clause in Contracts

Records, Reporting. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will keep accurate records of its activities under this Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall (i) keep MRK reasonably informed of the progress of the Services by oral or written reports to the MRK Scientific Contact not less than once each [**] period during the Term, (ii) provide a written summary report to the MRK Scientific Contact of the Results within thirty (30) days of the termination or expiration of the Term (collectively, the “Reports”) and (iii) promptly disclose to MRK in writing the conception or reduction to practice of any Biomarker Inventions.
