Common use of Records Reports Clause in Contracts

Records Reports. A. It is the Affiliate’s sole responsibility to associate the Affiliate ID with Clients making use of the Trading Services by using Tags provided by the Company or otherwise informing the Company in writing as to its Traders ID.
