Common use of RECORDS REQUIREMENTS AND RECORDS RETENTION Clause in Contracts

RECORDS REQUIREMENTS AND RECORDS RETENTION. SUBRECIPIENT shall maintain, and require all sub-recipients, borrowers, contractors and all tiers of subcontractors to maintain, all Program records required by 24 CFR 570.506 for three (3) years following close-out of the Agreement or the Grant Fund Agreement, as applicable. These records shall include the following as applicable: ⮚ The executed Agreement; ⮚ Description, geographic location and budget of each funded Activity; ⮚ Eligibility and national objective determinations for each Activity; ⮚ Personnel files; ⮚ Property management files; ⮚ HUD monitoring correspondence; ⮚ Citizen participation compliance documentation; ⮚ Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity records; ⮚ Environmental review and regulatory compliance documents; ⮚ Documentation of compliance with other federal requirements (e.g., ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇, Uniform Relocation Act, and Lead-Based Paint, etc.); and
