RECORDS; RIGHT TO AUDIT. Seller shall retain any and all documents and records regarding the delivery, quantity and quality of Biodiesel sold and purchased under the terms of this Contract for the 12 months after the date of the invoice for such Biodiesel, or until any dispute regarding such delivery, quantity and quality is resolved. Seller shall promptly make such records available for review to HECO.
