Common use of Recourse by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Recourse by Tenant. Anything in this Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, Tenant shall look solely to the equity of Landlord in the Premises, subject to the prior rights of the holder of any mortgage or deed of trust, for the collection of any judgment (or other judicial process) requiring the payment of money by Landlord on any default or breach by Landlord with respect to any of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease to be observed or performed by Landlord, and no other asset of Landlord or any other person shall be subject to levy, execution or other procedure for the satisfaction of T▇▇▇▇▇’s remedies.

Recourse by Tenant. Anything in this Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, Tenant shall look solely to the equity of Landlord in the Premises, subject to the prior rights of the holder of any mortgage or deed of trust, for the collection of any judgment (or other judicial process) requiring the payment of money by Landlord on in the event of any default or breach by Landlord with respect to any of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease to be observed or performed by Landlord, and no other asset assets of Landlord or any other person shall be subject to levy, execution or other procedure procedures for the satisfaction of T▇▇▇▇▇Tenant’s remedies.
