Recovery Cooperation. Customer agrees to undertake reasonable efforts to cooperate with NEOGOV and any other parties involved in processing any transactions hereunder to recover funds credited to any employee as a result of an error made by Customer, NEOGOV, or Fulfillment Partners, or any other loss recovery efforts and in connection with any actions that the relevant party NEOGOV may be obligated to defend or elects to pursue against any third-party.
