Recovery Processes. 7.7.1 All recovery notices will be issued in accordance with the regulations and in a timely manner to ensure efficient and effective recovery. 7.7.2 Where payments become overdue, EK Services will take individual circumstances into consideration and where possible (and appropriate) will make a reasonable arrangement for payment.
Recovery Processes. 8.6.1 The collection of income in respect of invoices raised must follow a standard procedure, which fully documents the efforts made to settle the debt. The service raises the invoice in the first instance and if payment of the invoice is made in full, no further action will be taken. If payment is not made, before further recovery action commences, system generated reminder will be issued. The reminder will be sent in line with the relevant recovery notice timetable. Invoices raised at CCC follow a slightly different timescale.

  • Loss Leader; Recycled Products Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code. If Contractor will sell to the Judicial Council, or use in the performance of this Agreement, goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), then with respect to those goods: (i) Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible, and (ii) upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209.

  • Processes Any employer, employee, trade union or employer’s association may at any point in time apply for an exemption from any of the provisions of this Collective Agreement.
