Common use of Recurring Fees Clause in Contracts

Recurring Fees. The Parties stipulate and agree that the Named Entity’s total amount of compensation to be paid to Vendor in consideration of full, satisfactory performance of all Vendor’s duties, services and obligations as set forth in this Contract, shall be billed on a recurring quarterly basis, in accordance with the Agreed Pricing Index, and not to exceed $4,376.31 per calendar quarter. (“Quarterly Fee”).

Recurring Fees.
