Common use of Recurring Fees Clause in Contracts

Recurring Fees. Fee Increases. Recurring for the Services are payable in advance, as set forth in the Order Form. Non-recurring fees, if any, will be separately set forth on the Order Form. Videojet may increase the annually by providing You with notice of the increase in fees not less than thirty (30) days prior to the date those increased fees will take effect. Your continued use or access to the Services following such a fee increase will be considered acceptance of the fee increase. In the event that You do not agree to an increase in fees, Your sole remedy will be to terminate this Agreement and discontinue Your use of the Services pursuant to Section 9 at the end of the current term of the Agreement.
