Common use of Recurring Part Clause in Contracts

Recurring Part. time (OP or FT) Employees who work fourteen (14) hours or more per week shall be paid in addition to the Employee’s basic hourly rate, three percent (3%) of that hourly rate for all hours worked in lieu of benefits.
