Recurring Wire Transfers via Telephone. If applicable, telephone Requests for recurring or repetitive wire transfer(s) are identified in Recurring Wire Transfer Forms which will be provided by Bank to Customer for completion, hereinafter referred to as Wire Transfer Form and included as part of this Agreement. Telephone recurring Requests shall be submitted by Customer to Bank utilizing Authorized Representative’s PINs.
