Common use of Recyclable Material Clause in Contracts

Recyclable Material. Those materials that are capable of being recycled and 400 which would otherwise be processed as Organic Waste or disposed of as Garbage. 401 Recyclable Material includes newsprint (including inserts); mixed paper (including 402 magazines, catalogs, envelopes, junk mail, corrugated cardboard, ▇▇▇▇▇ bags and paper, 403 paperboard, paper egg cartons, office ledger paper, and telephone books); glass containers; 404 aluminum beverage containers; scrap and cast aluminum (not exceeding forty (40) pounds 405 in weight nor two (2) feet in any dimension for any single item); steel including “tin” cans, 406 aerosol cans (empty, non-toxic products) and small scrap (not exceeding forty (40) pounds 407 in weight nor two (2) feet in any dimension for any single item); bi-metal containers; plastic 408 bottles (#1-#7); aluminum foil and pans; concrete; used motor oil and filters; dry cell 409 household batteries when contained in a sealed, heavy-duty plastic bag; and those 410 materials added by the CONTRACTOR from time to time.
