Common use of Recyclables Processing and Marketing Clause in Contracts

Recyclables Processing and Marketing. Contractor may change its selection of recyclables processing facility and notify KIB within 30 days of doing so. If the recyclables processing facility is wholly or partially inoperable for any reason, including uncontrollable circumstances, Contractor will make other arrangements to process Recyclables or to transport the recyclables to the recyclables processing facility without increase of the Contractor compensation despite any consequent additional costs to Contractor.
