Recyclables Processing Facility. CONTRACTOR shall transport all Recyclable Materials collected as a result of performing MFD Recycling Services to a properly permitted Recyclables Processing Facility as has been selected by CONTRACTOR and noticed to CITY or as otherwise provided in Article 41 hereof.
