Common use of Recycled Products Clause in Contracts

Recycled Products. Contractor shall to the maximum extent economically feasible use recycled and recyclable products in the performance of the Contract. These products shall include recycled paper, recycled ▇▇▇▇ products, as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(ff), and other recycled plastic resin products.

Recycled Products. Contractor shall use recycled and recyclable products to the maximum extent economically feasible use recycled and recyclable products in the performance of the Contract.
