Recycling and Beverage Container Programs. The Concessionaire shall implement a source reduction and recycling program designed to minimize concession and patron use of disposable products, per Public Contract Codes §12161 and 12200 et seq. Reusable and recyclable products are preferred over "throwaways.” Where disposable products are needed, products that have the least impact on the environment will be selected. No Styrofoam containers or other non-biodegradable containers are to be used or sold by Concessionaire. The use of "post- consumer" recycled products is encouraged wherever possible. The Concessionaire shall participate in the California beverage container redemption/recycling program. Products to be recycled include, but are not limited to, paper, newsprint, cardboard, bimetal, plastics, aluminum and glass. At the start of each Contract Year, Concessionaire and State shall review items sold, and containers or utensils used or dispensed by Concessionaire, and, whenever possible, eliminate the use of non-returnable or non-recyclable containers or plastics.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
