Redelivery Points. Subject to the downstream pipelines’ capacity allocation rules, and to the extent pipeline capacity is available, the Redelivery Points for Seller’s redelivered gas shall be the pipeline interconnects designated by Buyer. Buyer will use reasonable efforts to deliver Seller’s allocated share of Residue Gas at the required pipeline inlet pressure and quality specifications of the applicable pipelines used as Redelivery Points. Buyer has no duty to install any additional Facilities to accommodate Seller’s redelivered gas dispositions.
