Redelivery Requirements and Conditions. 11.2.1 The redelivered Engine shall have a valid serviceability tag issued under the authority of the FAA or JAA, as specified in the definition of "Engine" in Part I, point 1 of the Lease Agreement. 11.2.2 With reference to the Engine at the time of delivery to Lessee, the redelivered Engine shall: (i) be in as good operating and physical condition (save only normal wear and tear from ordinary operation); (ii) have the same external configuration; and (iii) contain a complete set of Parts.
