Redemption Amount and Exchange Ratio. 7.1 Redemption Amount Subject to Section 8.2, the “Redemption Amount” shall be the product of (i) the Market Value of one BEP Unit multiplied by the number of Redemption-Exchange Units specified in a Redemption Notice to be redeemed and (ii) the Exchange Ratio.
