Redemption Prohibited in Certain Circumstances. The Corporation will not call for Redemption, or otherwise send a Redemption Notice in respect of the Redemption of, any Series A pursuant to this Section 9 unless the Corporation has sufficient funds legally available to fully pay the Redemption Price in respect of all shares of Series A called for Redemption.
