Redemption Suspended During Event of Default. The Trustee shall not redeem any Notes (unless all Notes then outstanding are to be redeemed) or commence the giving of any notice or redemption of Notes during the continuance of any Event of Default of which a Responsible Officer of the Trustee has actual knowledge or notice, except that where the giving of notice of redemption of any Notes shall theretofore have been made, the Trustee shall redeem such Notes, provided funds are deposited with it for such purpose. Except as aforesaid, any moneys theretofore or thereafter received by the Trustee shall, during the continuance of such Event of Default, be held in trust for the benefit of the noteholders and applied in the manner set forth in Section 6.06; provided, however, that in case such Event of Default shall
