Reduced Workload Agreement. The Employer shall consider, on a case-by-case basis, written requests to the Vice-President, Academic and Research for reduction in workload. The Union shall be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to finalization of any agreement. A copy of any agreement between the Employer and the employee shall be provided to the Union.
